Fire Alarm Service & Repair
The contractor will be required to repair, conduct a cleaning of the detectors, test/certify the system and be prepared to respond to emergency repairs 24/7. As per OSHA requirements, any confined space location will require the contractor’s advanced notice to the college.
The contractor will be responsible for system software updates; if needed.
The contractor will be responsible for temporarily disconnecting and re-connect detectors for renovations or repairs within the building.
The contractor must be a certified Edwards EST (GE) System vendor. Contractor must provide documentation in their bid response to support certification.
