The Housing Authority of the City is seeking advisory and consulting services related to the development of the Village at Westerly Creek- Building 2. The Village at Westerly Creek ("VWC"), when fully built-out, will have a maximum number of 225 units on an 11 acre parcel. Currently, VWC Building 1 (55 units, for seniors) is under construction, with completion scheduled for late 2012.
VWC Building 2 will be 65 units, for low-income elderly, as the second phase of the build-out. AHA is anticipating commencing the construction of VWC-Building 2 in Spring 2013.
