City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to serve as a Sell Side Advisor Team in the exploration of publicprivate partnership (PPP) opportunities related to the Citys Water Works as described below. The Sell Side Advisor Team will provide a complete range of sell side services, including valuation, financial, technical and legal related services for a potential long-term lease of the utility, for the evaluation and execution of alternatives that may be in the Citys best interest.
