Financial System for California Project
You are invited to respond with information to assist the Department of Finance (Finance), Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal) Project in capturing comments from the supplier community regarding the FI$Cal Projects Special Project Report (SPR) dated December 15, 2006. FI$Cal is interested in hearing from those vendors who have proven experience in the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) COTS solution.
In addition to written comments and supplemental information through this RFI, FI$Cal is extending an opportunity to the system integrator and ERP software vendor community to meet with project management and to provide FI$Cal with written comments concerning the SPR. This meeting will not exceed two (2) hours and will be attended by FI$Cal project management plus a Procurement Official designated by the Department of General Services.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) for system integrator, hardware, software, maintenance and operations and any other project procurement being developed or planned by FI$Cal and mentioned in the SPR, will NOT be discussed at any of these meetings.
