The County is seeking a vendor who will be able to provide financial software upgrades and support services to SSAFD, including enhancements to expedite expense and revenue budgeting, forecasting, claiming, monitoring and audits, to provide effective integration with Alcolink Financials and to increase the continuity of information shared by the budget, claim, and revenue software. Vendors with knowledge of the Grants Expenditure Management Systems (GEMS), or comparable systems, and the ability to modify this system to improve SSAFDs utilization for audit compliance, expenditures tracking and County expense claim (CEC) preparation are desirable.
