Financial Services and Administration
The County is seeking the services of licensed insurance brokers to provide Agent of
Record services for property insurance. Professional insurance brokers shall provide services for the
Department of Personnel/Risk Management that will include but is not limited to, placing county
owned property insurance, quarterly client meetings, recommendations on program structure, loss
control services including safety consultations, allocation reporting, emerging industry trend and
market analysis, and guidance on innovative products and new markets. The Agent of Record shall
consult with the Risk Manager concerning development of insurance plans and assist the Risk
Manager with other tasks required to secure and maintain the county's property coverage's. The
agent of record must possess experience and abilities outlined in the selection criteria.
