Financial Records Review of Electronic Waste Consolidators
The Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) annually approves electronic waste consolidators and fee schedules for participation in Maine's e-waste recycling program in accordance with department rule 06-096 CMR 415 Reasonable Costs for the Handling and Recycling of Electronic Wastes. The DEP is seeking to gain a more detailed understanding of the costs incurred by private businesses in implementing the requirements of Chapter 415.
