Financial Management System
The Contra Costa Transportation Authority (the Authority) invites proposals from qualified firms that possess qualifications, experience and knowledge to provide a fully integrated, preferably Windows-based, web-enabled Financial Management System (FMS), including the General Ledger, Budgeting, Project Accounting, Grant Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Procurement/Contract Management and Accounts Payable modules. The specific services requested in the Request for Proposal (RFP) are detailed in the attached Scope of Work.
