Financial Management Support Services
Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) is issuing a RFP for a follow-on competition to N00030-10-C-0012. This effort include U.S. Financial Management Support Services; United Kingdom (U.K.) Financial Management Support Services; Contract Analysis, Reconciliation and Closeout Support Services; Navy Financial Improvement Audit Readiness Support Services; Property and OM&S Management Support Services; and associated travel. This procurement will be set-aside for as an 8(a) competition among eligible 8(a) participants.
This is not a new requirement. The incumbent is no longer an 8(a) small business concern and is therefore unable to compete as a prime contractor.
