The County expects the vendor to provide project management resources leading to the successful
deployment of the system. This project manager will work as a team member with the County's
Project Management Office ("PMO"). It is expected that this project manager will be "on the ground"
as appropriate to team with the County PMO. This project manager can be an employee of the
vendor or a partner of the vendor. In either case, the costs for the project manager should be clearly
denoted in the separate sealed cost proposal.
