A portion of the services being solicited via this solicitation are currently being performed under Contract Number ED-07-AG-0005/0012 with Deloitte & Touche L.L.P.
This procurement will be solicited as a HUBZone set aside on FBO, not via the General Services Administration's Federal Supply Schedule. The estimated total contract value of the IDIQ, including all anticipated task orders, is approximately $6 Million.
Teaming arrangements will be encouraged, but the prime contractor must be a certified HUBZone business and perform 51% or more of the required services.
