Financial Dashboard Development & Design
The System is seeking to improve the reporting function in support of its Board of Regents; specifically to improve performance and effectiveness by providing insight into key metrics that measure organizational effectiveness. These measures include actual vs. budgeted trends; an investment portfolio breakdown by campus; and comparative data against System peers. This board reporting will provide for the ability to see an overall view of System financial data while also offering the option to drill down into campus level and financial component level information to further understand overall financial health.
