request proposals from qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) firms (Consultant) to serve as the independent auditor of the Agencies financial statements. It is anticipated that the Agencies will award separate Contracts for the services, each for a three-year base term with up to two additional one-year option terms exercisable at the sole discretion of each Agency. The three-year base term includes the fiscal years ending June 30, 2010, 2011, and 2012 and the two, one-year option terms include the subsequent fiscal years ending June 30, 2013 and 2014.
