The Illinois Housing Development Authority seeks the services of a Certified Public Accountant (the "CPA") licensed to do business in the State of Illinois. The CPA will perform various accounting, auditing, and consulting services in relation to a large, scattered site, multifamily rental development located in Aurora financed in part through the use of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (the "Development").
