The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission Firms qualified through the Request for Qualification (RFQ) process would be engaged to provide advice to the Commission on an "as required" basis for a variety of topics including debt management related to issuance of certain bonds, market updates, strategic planning, financial insight, and other matters as deemed necessary.
