Financial Advisors to Evaluate the Proposed Hotel and Centre
The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide the City with an analysis and review of the finance terms and economic impacts of the proposed Hotel and Centre. The City seeks financial advisors to provide services in two topic areas: 1. Analyze the finance terms, development and operations costs, and economic impact of a major mixed-use development incorporating commercial, retail, hotel, and housing components; and 2. Analyze the finance terms, development and operations costs, and economic impact of a hotel development. Separate bids must be submitted for each of these studies. Bidders may submit for either or both studies. The City may select more than one financial advisor to conduct the analyses identified in this RFP.
