Financial Advisor Services
Seeking to select one or more financial advisor(s) ("Financial Advisor") to provide financial advisory services related to the Authority's bond and other financing programs for borrowers for financing projects in the sectors indicated above. The Financial Advisor(s) selected through this RFP will be expected to work with staff or other financial and legal professionals to: (1) provide strategic assistance to the Authorityfor its programs; (2) assist in developing Financing products that will help lower the cost of capital for borrowers; (3) provide financial advisory services on particular financings; (4) advise and assist, from time to time, in conducting market research to determine demand for financings; (5) structure financings; (6) analyze proposed financings submitted to meet the capital needs of borrowers; (7) analyze credit worthiness of borrowers; (8) market Authority programs; and (9) provide other financial advisory services that may be requested from time to time.
