RFP for qualified vendors to establish an agreement through competitive negotiations for the provision of services as Financial Advisor.
Financial Advisor should have demonstrated public sector experience in developing financial plans, providing ongoing financial consulting and investment advisory services, in an average amount of at least $162,000,000 per year, and designing future revenue bond financing once operations are established. Relevant experience in each of these areas should be described in the proposal. Elaborate brochures, binders, and similar materials are not desired.
