This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to act as an independent financial advisor to the County Board of Supervisors and staff and provide independent professional advice regarding all aspects of the Countys debt program that benefits the County by reducing its debt exposure, reducing debt costs, and supporting policy formulation that allows the County to better serve all those involved in the debt process.
