Financial Advisor (Bond Consultant)
The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals for financial advisory services in the areas of debt
issuance, and financial analysis of complicated projects. Debt issuance services include: review of
debt issue structure and services, debt program reviews, rating agency materials, competitive
sales assistance, and related services. Financial analysis services encompass: debt monitoring,
legislation analysis, input on bond counsel selection, investment management, and related
services.
