Financial Advisor/ Swap Advisor Services
Due to the dramatic growth, the County has issued several bond issues, which include fixed and variable rate debt. Outstanding debt has been issued for school facilities, water and sewer infrastructure, which includes revenue debt, and other County facilities and equipment. The County anticipates future additional borrowings and is looking for a financial advisor who can provide guidance and direction on the long-term implications of additional borrowings.
