The County Government (the County) is seeking proposals from interested and qualified
firms to provide services to develop and produce a 15-second and a 30-second public service
announcement for radio, television, and internet based on the Ask First campaign, with its central
message is it good for the children?, as well as a mini-documentary on infant mortality in the
County area, five years after the initial and groundbreaking series of printed
stories by The Commercial Appeal that the infant mortality rate in the County was the highest in
the nation, and that of some third world countries.
