Filing Fee Subledger System
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is hereby soliciting proposals for a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software product and the design, configuration, testing, training, and production deployment of the product for a Filing Fee Sub-Ledger (FFS) System.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-79, effective December 15, 2014.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541512. The SBA size standard is $27.5 Million. The Product Service Code is D307. Offeror's must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at www.sam.gov to be eligible.
The government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation.
