GENERAL:
The field sprayer shall be new, unused, and a standard production model. Prototypes are not acceptable. The sprayer shall be bid with all standard equipment as shown in the manufacturers detailed literature that shall be supplied with the bid. Modifications by vendor of standard production models to meet specifications shall be stated as an exception and shall not void factory warrantee. Model bid shall comply with all applicable OSHA, federal and state regulations.
