The Supervisor of Shipbuilding (SUPSHIP) in Groton, Connecticut intends to purchase the following service on a sole source basis from Northrup Grumman Systems Corporation Marine Systems - Marine Logistics Support: Field Service Repair for SSN-780 Port SSTG MBCS PS Cabinet Repair. Required period of performance for these services are 25 Aug 2014 - 21 Oct 2014. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 2005-74. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items apply. Evaluation will be in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items. Evaluation factors are technical capability, price and past performance. Each is equally important.
