Field Maintenance Facility Renovation

The Work includes Interior renovation of the existing Pre-fabricated steel storage building to expand the existing offices and locker rooms. New bays consist of metal stud/gypsum board walls, steel doors, frames, borrowed lights, lighting and upgraded HVAC. New shop, areas will include masonry walls with metal gates, and upgraded lighting. Existing locker rooms and breakroom will be expanded. New finishes will be provided throughout the office complex including resinous flooring, carpet, ceiling tiles, painting. Exterior openings will be replaced with metal panel and translucent wall panel infill and new steel man doors. The HVAC system is Ground Source Heat Pump system. New asphalt will be provided on the North and South sides of the building and in the adjacent Employee parking lot.
