Field Feeding Training
The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) has a requirement for Field Feeding Training Courses. The contractor shall provide all direct labor, training material, supervision (of contractor personnel), facilities, and all other items and services (not specifically identified herein to be Government-furnished), necessary to conduct courses on Islamic Cooking Techniques. This training shall encompass instruction on; identifying meat cuts from cattle, goat and poultry, Cultural diversity & equipment, preserving: meats, vegetables, animal hides, cooked materials, Islamic and regional cooking techniques, meal preparation, cutting, grinding, and curing meat portions, preparing bread from raw wheat kernel and preparing and serving authentic Islamic meals with indigenous cooking equipment. Full specifications are detailed in the solicitation. The NAICS code is 611699 with a size standard of $10.0 M. Solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. Interested vendors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Offerors will be required to complete either a paper copy of the Offeror Representations and Certifications or may complete them online at http://www.acquisition.gov in responding to this requirement. This acquisition is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 regarding the acquisition of commercial items.
