Fiduciary Services for Foster Care Recruitment and Retention
The Department is seeking to contract with an agency to serve as the fiduciary for funds to foster care collaboratives & to vendors for goods & services related to recruitment & retention of foster families. The contractor will work with staff responsible for foster care recruitment & retention activities. The contractor will process requests from the Department, cut checks, monitor fund utilization, & produce reports tracking fund utilization & balances.
