Festival Planning

The City is requesting proposals from event organizers who possess the expertise to plan, produce and manage and fully finance all aspects of the festivals identified in this RFP. The City and the Park District seek event producers who are willing to produce orderly festivals of the highest standards consistent with the reputation of a world-class city, and which are consistent with the concept of providing family-focused events with budget-friendly food and beverages for sale.
