Custom made 100 Liter Fermenter

General Description

Vertically oriented round, insulated, jacketed stainless steel fermenter with a 100 liter working capacity (approximately 10 to 16 freeboard at top tangent) designed and tested for 45 PSIG and full vacuum at -60 F to 350 F in tank and 100 PSIG at -60 F to 350 F in jacket. Designed and constructed to be in compliance with ASME Code Section VIII. Division 1 with ASME Code stamped and National Board Registered. Approximately 20 inside diameter, 25 outside diameter, 32 straight side, 62 overall height with an outlet height of 18. To include top mounted electric mixer with seal that will hold both full working pressure and full vacuum with motor running or stopped.
