Fence Install
The 87th Contracting Squadron (87 CONS), Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL) New Jersey, has a requirement for fence removal/installation. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to remove existing and install new fencing at Building 487 and Freedom Park on the Lakehurst location of JB MDL. This solicitation is a request for proposal and is issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside under the NAICS code 238990 "All Other Specialty Trade" and the related Small Business Size Standard is $15 million. All potential sources must obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to transact business with the Government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the SAM may result in delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the SAM at the time of award. The entire solicitation is attached to this notice on the FedBizOpps website. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to this solicitation. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation should reference Section L, Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors and Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award for preparation of proposals. A site visit will be conducted on 7 September 2016 at 10:00 AM EST. Please limit the number of attendees to 2 per company. Contractors are require to submit an Entry Access List (EAL) request to SSgt Angel Delgado via email no later than 48 hours prior to the site visit. Questions during the site visit shall be placed in writing and submitted to the contracting specialist by the prime contractor no later than 8 September 2016 at 4:00 PM EST.
