Fee Study & Cost Recovery Plan
The County of Maui, Department of Planning Current Division, is seeking detailed proposals from interested and qualified consultants to supply services to carry out the Department Of Planning Fee Study and Cost Recovery Plan. Consultants should have a working knowledge of the operations of county or municipal planning departments, and of county or municipal finance or accounting. Particularly desirable is knowledge of these within Hawaii, recent experience in the detailed analysis of the range of costs of planning or community development department operations, and the design of fee structures which can achieve recovery of said costs.
