SOLICITATION - Fee Collection Services for Somerville Lake, TX
DESCRIPTION: SOLICITATION PACKAGE POSTED 01 JULY 2019.
CONTRACT INFORMATION:
The solicitation is being procured in accordance with commercial services, which includes but not limited to FAR part 12 and 13. A total small business set-aside solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division, and Fort Worth District. The solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPS website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 14 June 2019. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 713990. Size standard: $7.5 Million. The resulting long-term contracts will be firm fixed price, stand alone (P-Type) contract. One (1) contract will be made for Somerville Lake, Texas. Only one offer will be made by the Government.
PROJECT INFORMATION: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the contract fee collection services at designated locations for Somerville Lake as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include all job planning, programming, scheduling, administration, inspection, and management necessary to accomplish the required specified services. Contractor will collect monies, user fee permits, computer generated permits, computer generated deposits, cash register tapes, and other documents from gate attendants and Project Personnel in accordance with procedures established in the PWS.
Period of Performance: Base Year plus One (1) Option Years. Base Year: 01 October 2019 to 30 September 2020; Option Year One (1): 01 October 2020 to 30 September 2021.
