Federal representation services
The services to be performed include assisting the City with designing its federal agenda, drafting an implementation plan and coordinating the execution of that plan. The City seeks a consultant to provide consulting services on obtaining federal resources under a contract with a two-year renewal option based upon satisfactory performance. The City is open to proposals that create partnerships among more than one firm, or contains subcontractor relationships in order to provide the strongest menu of services. The City may elect to contract with other provider(s) for specific federal issues based upon their expertise and experience. The City currently contracts for some federal legislative representation. The contract will not exceed $150,000.00 annually. The contract will be for a 12-month term. Payment will be on a monthly basis prorated to the contract amount.
