Federal Title IV Compliance Services
Services affiliated with Federal Title IV-E with the core focus being on federal audit compliancy and preparedness. The Selected Offeror will provide technical and consultative assistance in preparing for and defending financial and programmatic audits and reviews by interpreting and implementing federal policies, procedures and regulations; providing program expertise relative to Federal Title IV-E and other related programs; conducting onsite county quality assurance reviews; and assistance with training county staff and other stakeholders to achieve the goals of effectively monitoring child welfare programs and services. In addition, the Selected Offeror will perform a quarterly Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) to determine how county staff is spending their time and how to equitably distribute that time across all programs to enable counties to submit accurate invoices for reimbursement.
