Federal Representation Services
The City has engaged consultants to assist with its federal relations. The City currently contracts for federal legislative representation. Consultants have provided, for example, assistance in shaping federal program rules and guidance, pursuing appropriation requests, commenting on legislation, liaison with local government non-governmental organizations, and arranging for meetings with Congressional members and staff as well as executive branch officials.
