We would like to outfit our Capital Habeas Unit's conference room with multimedia equipment.  Equipment includes TV, speakers, and other A/V appliances to facilitate a collaborative presentation or VTC environment.  The contractor shall procure all equipment for this contract minus the VTC equipment which will be government supplied and install the equipment.
