The purpose of this Amendment 0003 is to extend the proposal submission and past performance questionnaire due dates to Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 2:00PM EST.

The purpose of this Amendment 0002 is as follows:

1. To provide changes to Screening Information Request on Amendment 0002 (see attachment),

2. To provide updated Attachment J003 Intern Program Past Performance Questionnaire to correct the SIR number on the form (see attachment), and

3. To provide answers to additional vendor questions submitted during the Pre-Proposal conference (see attachment).

The purpose of this announcement is to provide an updated Attachment J003 Intern Program Past Performance Questionnaire to correct a typo on the form. Please use this correct form in your submissions.

The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is as follows:

1. To provide the amended Screening Information Request (SIR) (see attachment),

2. To extend the proposal submission due date to Friday, March 23, 2018 at 2:00PM EST,

3. To provide updated Attachments J001 and J003 (see attachment), and

4. To provide answers to Vendor questions generated by the SIR (see attachment).

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for Contractors to provide support services to assist in the management of its 2018-2023 Intern Program.

The FAA requires Contractor support in the management of the FAA Intern Program to include recruitment, processing and evaluation of applications, referral, coordination, tracking/data, intern orientation, intern training & enrichment support, intern performance evaluation and
personnel administration.

The FAA Intern Program is open to all qualified applicants but designed to provide qualified women, persons with disabilities, and members of diverse groups with opportunities in FAA career fields where these groups have been under-represented.

The performance period must be one (1) base year and four (4) one-year option periods.
