The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for the purposes of entering into a contract through competitive negotiations for the professional services of an Architectural/Engineering firm, authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, with experience in performing/conducting feasibility studies in assessing and analyzing the needs for the construction of new student housing for a campus located in a city environment. The objective of the feasibility study is to provide documentation which will be used as the basis for the full project design requirements, to provide presentation boards and provide an estimate of probable total project budget costs including probable construction costs.
