Feasibility Study for Mental Health Support Services Facilities
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract with a qualified
architectural firm to conduct a feasibility study to determine the immediate and future
facility space needs of the Mental Health Support Services Department in Chesterfield,
Virginia. Services are provided to the mental health, mental retardation and substance
abuse populations as determined by the Chesterfield Community Services Board.
The goals of the study are to develop a facility plan to address the immediate and future
space needs of the Mental Health Support Services Department (MHSS) based on projected
