Feasibility Study/Programming for the Public Safety Building
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract with a qualified
architectural firm to conduct a feasibility study and provide preliminary programming
services for a Public Safety Building in Chesterfield County, Virginia. This building will be
utilized to consolidate the County Police and Fire/EMS Departments into one facility.
The goals of the study are to determine the feasibility of constructing the facility; describe
the preliminary program; recommend the site for the facility; and determine a construction
budget for the project.
