Fats, Oils and Grease Wastes Utilization Program
The City is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified, experienced and financially stable Service Providers who are interested in entering into a multi-year contract to provide professional services for the management, design, reduction, storage and beneficial utilization of fats, oils, and grease (FOG) produced by the major FOG contributors / generators in the community.
