chemistry to verify installation and Fast LC performance.
System must be designed to allow use of conventional HPLC column chemistries as well as offer an
automated method transfer tool to migrate methods to fast LC columns, or fast LC methods to
conventional HPLC columns. Calculator for performing transfers shall be included in the control/operating
software.
System must be designed to emulate system volumes of any conventional HPLC system and include
programmable allowances for system delay volume and gradient differences.
System must include on-site installation, start-up performance verification, training on
operation and preventive maintenance.
System must include one-year warranty to include labor and travel on all non-consumable parts
Manufacturer must provide real time toll free telephone access to technical support, applications
assistance and other information services including resource libraries, free literature searches, training
videos and web based training tools.
