Presolicitation notice to provide Emergency Department Physicians to the Fargo VAMC
Network Contracting Office 23, on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking proposals to provide Emergency Department Physicians Services for the Fargo VA Medical Center, Located in Fargo, North Dakota. The period of performance shall be for a base year period with one, one-year option period to renew at the discretion of the Government. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item, firm-fixed (unit) price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to the offeror whose proposal conforms to all stated terms, conditions, representations, certifications, and any other information required by the solicitation, and provides the best value to the government. This procurement is unrestricted. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621111 is $11 Million. All offerors who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide a proposal. Offerors are reminded to provide a complete proposal as required by FAR 52.212-1 and addendum, as well as, completion of the Offer Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items of the solicitation at FAR 52.212-3 and/or online through www.sam.gov. This is a Pre-solicitation Notice and is not a request for formal quotations.
