Commissioning Authority (CxA) services for the LBNF FSCF Building and Site Infrastructure (BSI) during pre-construction (final design), construction, and post-construction phases.

CxA services for the Pre-Excavation phase will be limited to construction and post-construction phases.

Conventional facilities are generally defined as the project enclosures at grade and below grade, and the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to support the enclosures.
