All items are to be specifically designed to withstand the rigors of transport while mounted in MSHA MEO trucks and trailers. Each vehicle mounted computer shall have three (3) independent HDMI display outputs, two independent (2) network interface cards (NICS), a solid state hard drive with at least 120GB of storage capacity, an Intel i5 or better processor, a minimum of 8GB of RAM, a heat sync capable of cooling the computers without a computer fan, all necessary cabling and a 12 month manufacturer warranty.
