Scope of Work
Purchase Fan Coil Motors
To Support ESPC Project
1. This work is located at the Anthony J. Celebrezze Federal Office Building located at 1240 East Ninth Street, Cleveland, OH 44199-2001.
2. The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials and supervision to complete this project. All work shall be done in accordance with the best practices of the trade, and shall conform to all federal, state and local codes and ordinances. This project is to purchase replacement fan coil motors in support of the AJC ESPC project.
3. The contractor will provide the following fan coil motors:
Item 1- McQuay Fan Coil Motor

115 Volts Single Phase
60 hertz
Single Shaft
Quantity: 600 Each
Item 2- FASCO Fan Coil Motor
P/N: D389
1/15, 1/20, 1/30, and 1/50 Horsepower
115 Volts Single Phase
60 Hertz
Double Shaft
Quantity: 15 Each
4. The contractor will prepare and ship the new unit to:

5. The motors will be UL approved.
6. Delivery inspection will be completed upon delivery on site prior to acceptance by the Government.
