Fan Coils
The University seeks Proposals to establish a Term Contract for the long term procurement of fan coil units to be used for Campus projects and renovations. Quantities of units by type, configuration and CFM ratings are estimates only for the purpose of bidding, which means that we may purchase more or less than estimated during the first year of the contract and during subsequent option years of the contract, annually renewable up to a maximum of six (6) renewal option years.
Overview
The University estimates replacing at least fifty (50) units during the first year of the contract in varying configurations and capacities. Currently the University has over two thousand fan coils which need replacement with more modern energy efficient equipment. Therefore, the University requires that any and all equipment offered under this RFP shall be new manufactured units that meet or exceed the minimum specification requirements of this Request for Proposal. Submit your products ARI energy rating certification as well as other required product information with your proposal. Failure to submit the required information may be considered as non-responsive and cause your proposal to be disqualified.
