Fall Road Maintenance
The Black Hills National Forest intends to issue a Request For Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for the surface blading of approximately 133.0 miles on the Bearlodge Ranger District and approximately 130.4 miles on the Northern Hills Ranger District. Projects are located in Crook County, WY and Lawrence County, SD. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 237310 with a size standard of $36.5 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Government Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. Contract time is 60 calendars days. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and incidentals and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the contract. All responsible sources will be considered for award the agency. Contractors must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
