Fair Share Sustainment Program
Management, logistics and engineering services and material supply services in support of the Fair Share Sustainment Program (FSSP) for the HAWK missile
system Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers.
This requirement is sole sourced to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Raytheon Company, 350 Lowell Street, Andover, MA 01810 (CAGE 05716) pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)
(2)(iii)(A) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
The estimated period of performance will be from date of contract award through 31 March 2022.
